White seeded and white blooming. Remains white on cooking. Has a finer seed and is harvested later than Broad Bean Meteor. Young broad beans taste the best. As the lower pods form, break the top of the plant to restrict damage from aphids. Pre-sow in a greenhouse in pots for an early harvest. For a later harvest sow in the garden at a row distance of approx. 40 cm with a bean every 10 cm. It is a bush bean, so support is not necessary.
