Features

Is harvested a little later than the white kohlrabi, but is even tastier. This tasty vegetable forms an overground tuber, a true delicacy both cooked (tastes like caulifl ower) and raw (tastes like celery). Sow in a greenhouse in soil blocks of 5 cm, then transplant in greenhouse or garden. Give plenty of compost and water in order to prevent the tuber from becoming too fibrous. Harvest on time. Keeps fairly long in a cool place.
Organically grown seeds * This seed has been grown, cleaned and packed according to the organic production method, which has been set by the SKAL Foundation, our number 026035 / NL-BIO-01
