See also GUARANTEE. Garden Seeds BV aims to deliver a product that meets all your expectations. If, however, after receiving your order, or after the germination of the seeds, even after harvesting your plants, you are dissatisfied with the eventual results, then you may submit a complaint to us.
In order to help us make a proper and fair assessment, please clearly provide the following information with your complaint:
· Name and article number concerning your complaint
· Batch number and storage life details of your complaint (bottom rear of the sachets)
· Clear description of your complaint, stating the sowing period and method.

On the basis of our details and the information you provide us, we will assess your complaint within two weeks. We will do all that is reasonably possible to help you come to a satisfactory solution. Any complaints about our service, the operation of our website, our delivery or packaging methods etc, may also be sent to us at the above address. We will contact you within two weeks to discuss your complaint.
